At DanceDiscover Boutique, we strive to deliver your ballroom dance wear, accessories, and other products promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle orders, shipping times, and costs.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom dresses and accessories may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: about 7 days 25$
- Expedited Shipping: about 2 days 80$
- International Shipping: about 14 days 150$ *(Note: Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.)*
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the items, and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items, such as ballroom dresses and accessories, may have longer shipping times due to their made-to-order nature. We will provide an estimated shipping date when your order is confirmed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at DanceDiscover.office@gmail.com or +1 714 209 2684. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DanceDiscover Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
